Today, we embark on a virtual journey to some of these iconic locations, reliving the struggles and celebrating the triumphs of our forefathers.

1. Sabarmati Ashram, Ahmedabad, Gujarat

Highlighting the Non-Violent Struggle:  Sabarmati Ashram, also known as Gandhi Ashram, was Mahatma Gandhi's headquarters from 1917 to 1930. A Symbol of Power and Rebellion: The majestic Red Fort, built by Mughal emperor Shah Jahan, became a symbol of British power in India. It was from the ramparts of this fort that the first Prime Minister of India, Pandit Jawaharlal Nehru, unfurled the national flag on Independence Day in 1  947. Gandhiji's Mumbai Headquarters:  Mani Bhavan, a modest house, served as Mahatma Gandhi's residence in Mumbai for over seven years. Here, you can see the room where he lived, the printing press used to publish nationalist literature, and a photo gallery depicting his life and work.
