| Arrival Dubai (Airport to Hotel Drop)

Welcome to Dubai once you land at Dubai airport, please connect your device to airport-free Wi-Fi for hassle-free pick up. After that, the driver will take you to the hotel after checkin take a rest and enjoy the Evening.

Day 2

| Palm view Jumeirah – PVT Basis

After Breakfast cab will come to pick you up please wait in the hotel Lobby as per the timing. Then directly he will take you to the Palm Tower, adjacent to Nakheel Mall, provides a novel perspective. Payment policy:

  • 30% of the total billing amount to process the booking to be paid in advance.
  • 50% of the total billing amount to be paid before 45 days of departure.
  • 20% of the amount to be paid before 15 working days from departure date.

 

Cancellation policy: (Applicable except any non-refundable component if any

  • 20% cancellation charges if cancelled 45 days before the tour of the total billing amount.
  • 40% cancellation charges if cancelled between 44 – 30 Days before the tour of the total billing amount.
  • 60% cancellation charges if cancelled between 29 – 10 Days before the tour of the total billing amount.
  • 100% cancellation charges if cancelled between 0 – 9 Days before the tour.
  • No refund if cancelled before 9 days of trip start.
  • No Refund or Compensation for any changes on an ongoing trip.

Terms & Conditions

  • Rooms and Rates are subject to availability at the time of booking.
  • Rates are dynamic they may change at any time without notice.
  • Extra beds will be subject to availability you may request to the hotel at the time of Checking.
  • If city tax is applicable guests need to pay at the time of checking it is not included in the cost.
  • Hotels may ask for one security deposit which will be refundable /Nonrefundable as per their policy guest needs to pay at the time of check-in.
  • Hotel standard Check-In / Check-out time 1400 hrs. and 1200 hrs. respectively. If you wish to book an early check-in or a late check-out, you would be required to get in touch with the Tripncare representative before your departure, as it is subject to availability.
  • The guests are requested to follow the rules and regulations of the resort/hotel where they are accommodated.
  • In the unlikely event of reserved accommodation not being available for you upon arrival at your destination, we would immediately arrange for an alternate accommodation of the same standards.
  • Interconnecting rooms/adjacent rooms/rooms on the same floor /rooms near to each other are strictly subject to availability. Please note that these packages are customizable, which means that you will be able to make changes to the itinerary/activity if you so desire. The final payment will be calculated as per the activities reflecting on the website which will be outlined in the confirmatory e-mail sent to you.
  • Please note that if your package includes a flight which is a low cost carrier (Air Asia, Air India Express) then baggage will not be included in the package. Baggage can be added as per your requirement at an additional cost depending on the airlines and destination.
  • The package price does not include special dinner or mandatory charges at time levied by the hotels especially during New Year and Christmas or any special occasions. Tripncare shall try to communicate the same while booking the package. However Tripncare may not have this information readily available all the time.
  • Tripncare reserves the right to modify the itinerary at any point, due to reasons including but not limited to: Force Majeure events, strikes, fairs, festivals, weather conditions, traffic problems, overbooking of hotels / flights, cancellation re – scheduling / re-routing of flights, closure of /entry restrictions at a place of visit, etc. While we will do our best to make suitable alternate arrangements, we would not be held liable for any refunds/compensation claims arising out of this.
  • For any paid activity which is non-operational due to any unforeseen reason, we will process refund & same should reach the guest within 60 days of processing the refund. Also, for any activity which is complimentary and not charged to Tripncare & guest, no refund will be processed.
  • For any amendment requests in the Itinerary, please advise our transport manager at least 72 hours in advance and the request shall be subject to availability.
  • Shorter stays than the booked stay and early check-out will be regarded as cancellation and hence no refund will be provided.
  • Strictly no refund for unutilized services once the booking is confirmed.
  • We do not hold any responsibility for additional costs or adjustments that may arise as a result of events beyond our control, such as technical problems with means of transportation, changes imposed by rescheduling or cancellation of flights by an airline/train, political disturbances, natural disasters, bad weather or terrorist activity, etc.
  • In the unfortunate event of a vehicle breakdown, we will provide you alternate vehicle. However, the time loss due to the event will not be compensated.
  • All the hotels have been given as per your budget and booking has been finalized with the consent of the guests.
  • Request you to be punctual for all tours and transfers. Maximum waiting time shall be 05 minutes for sharing and 10 minutes for Private. If you miss any pickup, you will have to go to attractions on your own. We suggest you to be at hotel lobby 10 mins before of your tour starting time.
  • (In case of inclusion of airfares with a holiday) are subject to vary anytime also a matter of availability.
  • Do check your flight status/schedule 24 hours before the scheduled flight departure, since airline schedules are subject to change without notice.
  •  Please expect to receive your vouchers 72 hours before your departure date (subject to full payment of your package cost)
  • Personal expenses such as laundry, telephone calls, room service, alcoholic beverages, mini bar, etc., are not included.
  • In case your package needs to be cancelled due to any natural calamity, weather conditions, etc. Tripncare shall strive to give you the maximum possible refund subject to the agreement made with our trade partners/vendors.
  • If payment is not made as per the schedule provided in the first booking confirmation e-mail, Tripncare reserves the right to cancel the booking after attempting to get in touch with you. Refunds would be as per the package cancellation policy.
  • The passenger names in the booking form should be exactly as per passports. Tripncare will not bear any liability for the name change fee, if incorrect names and ages have been added at the time of booking.
  • Tripncare officials or representatives will NEVER ask you for your personal information i.e. your credit/debit card details, passwords, PIN, CVV, OTP etc. Please do not share these details with anyone over phone, SMS, Whatsapp, email or any other source.
  • After arriving at the airport, the guest would be required to go through the Immigration process and then head towards the Baggage Claim Area. After that proceed to exit gate to meet with Tripncare representative.
  • Please ensure that you meet the airport representative within 70 minutes of the flight landing, as the driver has standard instructions to leave at a specified time. There could be a delay in your airport pick-up or transfer due to unforeseen circumstances as traffic, car breakdown, etc.
  • Transfers wherever included are without nights surcharges.
  • After Issuance of final documents TRIPNCARE is not responsible for any cancellations or alterations of The tour, by the client or by the airlines. (Air Ticket Refund or Cancellations Will Be Made as Per the Specific Airlines Terms & Conditions).
  • In case of accident or death, Tripncare will not be responsible whatsoever.
  • Any extra tour desired by the customer, will be borne by the customer on his own.
  • In case of natural calamities during a planned tour, we may either show another place or postpone the trip to a later date.
  • In case of any immigration/ visa complications, the cancellation policy shall be applicable in full airfares.
  • To travel to any international destination, your passport must have a minimum validity of 06 months from your planned date of return.
  • Tripncare provides Visa assistance only, Visa Approval is at the discretion of Consulate.
