Day 1

| Arrival Kandy

Once you reach our representative will greet you at the airport straight they will drop you at the hotel after check-in in get your Breakfast get ready and wait in the lobby for early morning check out from Colombo and drive to Kandy. After reaching explore the En route Kandy visit the Pinnwala Elephant Orphanage which is approx. 55 miles away from Colombo on the Colombo-Kandy Road. Pinnawala Elephant Orphanage is not a zoo, but something bigger and more interesting. It is a breeding ground for Asian elephants who are left abandoned due to unforeseeable circumstances. Reconnect with nature and wildlife as you witness the way elephants are treated and cared for, the elephants being fed milk, their bathing routine, and interaction with each other. Upon reaching your hotel in Kandy, relish the hospitable treatment you receive and complete your check-in formalities before proceeding to your room. In the evening, catch a panoramic view of the picturesque town from upper lake drive. Visit a Kandyan Dance performance and be treated to a spectacular fire walking finale. Return back to your hotel . Overnight in Kandy.

Day 2

| Kandy to Nuwara Eliya

Wake up in the morning, have your healthy breakfast and check out from hotel and proceed for Nuwara Eliya.Before proceeding to Nuwara Eliya enoute to the Bahiravokanda Vihara Buddha Statue is the biggest Buddha statue in Sri Lanka nestled within the hilltops above Kandy and offers the panoramic view of city. Further proceed to beautiful golden-roofed Buddhist Temple in the heart of Kandy, where you can see the legendary tooth relic of Buddha which is enclosed inside several golden boxes, covered in jewels. Later you can stroll around the Kandy Lake which is also known as the "Sea of Milk" and relaxed in the midst of the nature. Head to The Royal Botanical Gardens, where you can witness more than 5,000 species of trees, plants, and creepers, the Spice Garden and Orchid House are popular with tourists. After exploring Kandy you can proceed to Nuwara Eliya and enjoy the scenic landscapes on the way. As you reach your hotel in Nuwara Eliya, complete the formalities and relax for a while. In the evening, you can visit the Gregory Lake and enjoy the happy vibe. Explore the Bale Bazaar, popularly known as the winter market you can buy winter products as a souvenir. Return to your hotel and enjoy your delicious dinner. Overnight stay at Nuwara Eliya.

Day 3

| Bentota | The City of the Golden Beaches

After Breakfast wait in the lobby driver will come to pick you up En route, to the Royal Botanical Garden renowned for its collection of a variety of orchids. It includes more than 300 varieties of orchids, spices, medicinal plants, and palm trees. Visit the Hanuman Temple, it is believed that this was the first place in Sri Lanka where Hanuman landed before starting the quest to look for Goddess Sita. Later proceed to Ramboda Falls it is known for scenic landscapes comprising highlands, ridges, plains, streams, and hilly mountains. Stopover at Seetha Amman Kovil, a temple dedicated to Goddess Sita, and is believed that Goddess Sita was kept after she had been captured by the demon king Ravana of Lanka. Proceed towards to Hakgala Botanical Gardens which is the home to a variety of wildlife, including bears, monkeys, and birds. Once done exploring Nuwara Eliya you can proceed with your journey to Bentota. Get warm hospitality as you arrive at your hotel in Bentota complete your check-in formalities and rest for some time. You can spend leisure time by the beach at Bentota and enjoy a good time by snapping memories by the beach. After spending some leisure time come back to the hotel and enjoy your delicious dinner.

Day 4

| Bentota to Colombo

After breakfast check out from the hotel and start your journey towards Colombo after reaching their check-in to the hotel overnight in Colombo.

| Departure

30% of the total billing amount to process the booking to be paid in advance.
50% of the bill amount to be paid before 30 days of departure.

15% refund 30 days prior to departure.
30% refund 20 days prior to departure.
Non- refundable within 20 days of departure.
In case no-show/un utilized services once booked / early checkout – the service will remain non-refundable.

Extra beds will be subject to availability you may request to the hotel at the time of Checking.
If city tax is applicable guests need to pay at the time of checking it is not included in the cost.
Hotels may ask for one security deposit which will be refundable /Nonrefundable as per their policy guest needs to pay at the time of check-in.
Hotel standard Check-In / Check-out time 1400 hrs. and 1200 hrs. respectively. If you wish to book an early check-in or a late check-out, you would be required to get in touch with the Tripncare representative before your departure, as it is subject to availability.
The guests are requested to follow the rules and regulations of the resort/hotel where they are accommodated.
In the unlikely event of reserved accommodation not being available for you upon arrival at your destination, we would immediately arrange for an alternate accommodation of the same standards.
Interconnecting rooms/adjacent rooms/rooms on the same floor /rooms near to each other are strictly subject to availability. Please note that these packages are customizable, which means that you will be able to make changes to the itinerary/activity if you so desire. The final payment will be calculated as per the activities reflecting on the website which will be outlined in the confirmatory e-mail sent to you.
Please note that if your package includes a flight which is a low-cost carrier (Air Asia, Air India Express) then baggage will not be included in the package. Baggage can be added as per your requirement at an additional cost depending on the airlines and destination.
The package price does not include special dinner or mandatory charges at time levied by the hotels especially during New Year and Christmas or any special occasions. Tripncare shall try to communicate the same while booking the package. However, Tripncare may not have this information readily available all the time.
Tripncare reserves the right to modify the itinerary at any point, due to reasons including but not limited to: Force Majeure events, strikes, fairs, festivals, weather conditions, traffic problems, overbooking of hotels / flights, cancellation re – scheduling / re-routing of flights, closure of /entry restrictions at a place of visit, etc. While we will do our best to make suitable alternate arrangements, we would not be held liable for any refunds/compensation claims arising out of this.
For any paid activity which is non-operational due to any unforeseen reason, we will process refund & same should reach the guest within 30 days of processing the refund. Also, for any activity which is complimentary and not charged to Tripncare & guest, no refund will be processed.
For any amendment requests in the Itinerary, please advise our transport manager at least 72 hours in advance and the request shall be subject to availability.
Shorter stays than the booked stay and early check-out will be regarded as cancellation and hence no refund will be provided.
Strictly no refund for unutilized services once the booking is confirmed.
We do not hold any responsibility for additional costs or adjustments that may arise as a
result of events beyond our control, such as technical problems with means of transportation, changes imposed by rescheduling or cancellation of flights by an airline/train, political disturbances, natural disasters, bad weather or terrorist activity, etc.

In the unfortunate event of a vehicle breakdown, we will provide you alternate vehicle. However, the time loss due to the event will not be compensated.
All the hotels have been given as per your budget and booking has been finalized with the consent of the guests.
Request you to be punctual for all tours and transfers. Maximum waiting time shall be 05 minutes for sharing and 10 minutes for Private.
In case of any immigration/ visa complications, the cancellation policy shall be applicable in full airfares.
(In case of inclusion of airfares with a holiday) are subject to vary anytime also a matter of availability.
To travel to any international destination, your passport must have a minimum validity of 06 months from your planned date of return.
Tripncare provides Visa assistance only, Visa Approval is at the discretion of Consulate.
Visa Disclaimer: Please note that the final decision regarding a visa application rests solely with the respective Embassy/Consulate.
Do check your flight status/schedule 24 hours before the scheduled flight departure, since airline schedules are subject to change without notice.
Please expect to receive your vouchers 72 hours before your departure date (subject to full payment of your package cost)
Personal expenses such as laundry, telephone calls, room service, alcoholic beverages, mini bar, etc., are not included.
In case your package needs to be cancelled due to any natural calamity, weather conditions, etc. Tripncare shall strive to give you the maximum possible refund subject to the agreement made with our trade partners/vendors.
If payment is not made as per the schedule provided in the first booking confirmation e-mail, Tripncare reserves the right to cancel the booking after attempting to get in touch with you. Refunds would be as per the package cancellation policy.
The passenger names in the booking form should be exactly as per passports. Tripncare will not bear any liability for the name change fee, if incorrect names and ages have been added at the time of booking.

Tripncare officials or representatives will NEVER ask you for your personal information i.e. your credit/debit card details, passwords, PIN, CVV, OTP etc. Please do not share these details with anyone over phone, SMS, WhatsApp, email or any other source.
After arriving at the airport, the guest would be required to go through the Immigration process and then head towards the Baggage Claim Area. After that proceed to exit gate to meet with Tripncare representative.
Please ensure that you meet the airport representative within 70 minutes of the flight landing, as the driver has standard instructions to leave at a specified time. There could be a delay in your airport pick-up or transfer due to unforeseen circumstances as traffic, car breakdown, etc.
